Actor and producer Khushbu Sundar recently issued a clarification about a fake social media account that was being circulated in the name of her husband, filmmaker and actor Sundar C. The issue came to light after a photo of Sundar C was shared online and an unverified account was tagged in the post. Many social media users believed the account belonged to the popular director. However, Khushbu quickly stepped in to inform fans that the account was not genuine. She reshared the post on her X handle and warned people not to follow or interact with the fake profile, as Sundar C currently does not operate any official social media account.
Khushbu shares a strong warning about the fake profile online
In her post, Khushbu clearly explained the situation and requested fans to stay cautious. She wrote, “This is a fake account of Director Sundar C. He is not on any social media platform as on date. Pls do not follow this or interact on this or any other similar account on any social platform. Shall be creating a new and verified account for him soon.” Her message quickly spread across social media platforms, with many fans sharing it to prevent confusion. Khushbu also mentioned that an official account for Sundar C, with a blue tick, might be introduced shortly.
Sundar C remains busy with film projects
On the flip side, Sundar C is involved in the movie business along with Nayanthara’s ‘Mookuthi Amman 2’ and Vishal’s ‘Purushan.’ He was last seen in the film ‘Gangers.’ After completing filming for ‘Mookuthi Amman 2,’ he is currently working on ‘Purushan,’ and the film’s new schedule is to commence soon. He is also set to reunite with filmmaker VZ Dhorai for another horror-thriller project.
