People reported that, according to a dispatch audio that they obtained, Victoria Kafka Jones passed away on January 1 due to a suspected overdose. In the dispatch audio, the first responders can be heard saying and classifying the ‘Men in Black 2’ actress’s case as “code 3 for the overdose, color change.”A medical emergency had been reported to the authorities at the San Francisco Fairmont in the early hours of January 1. The San Francisco Police and San Francisco Fire Department were both at the scene after the initial call.No official cause of death has yet been revealed to the public.

At the time, she had pleaded not guilty. She was arrested in 2011 for theft as well. She was arrested on the grounds of stealing an amount between USD 50 and USD 500 in San Antonio, Texas.
