Bajaj Fin gains big, betting on AI

MUMBAI: Rajeev Jain, vice chairman, Bajaj Finance said that by using AI-based systems to scan about two crore customer calls, the company generated business worth Rs 1,600 crore . The company now aims to listen to 10 crore such calls during the next fiscal.
