Police say the incident happened in La Plata, Maryland. Dayton James Webber was driving a Tesla SUV with three passengers, including Bradrick Michael Wells. During the ride, an argument broke out. Investigators believe Webber then shot Wells inside the car.After the shooting, Webber allegedly stopped the vehicle and asked two people sitting in the back to help remove Wells. They refused and ran away, later calling the police. Authorities said Webber drove off with Wells still inside the car.Later, Wells’ body was found in a yard on Newport Church Road in Charlotte Hall, Maryland. He was declared dead at the scene.Police later located Webber at a hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia.
