However, as per the latest reports, the couple is facing delays regarding their plan because of a discrepancy in the property that they had been planning to move to. Jay Z and Beyonce’s plans to shift to UK were squashed because of property issue
As reported by The Sun, the two musicians had earlier planned on uprooting their entire lives and making a full shift to live somewhere in the UK. This plan has now been put on hold after some errors were found with one of the properties that they had their eyes on to shift to.
It has been reported that the area, the luxurious Cotswolds, is at high risk of flooding. This has made the musician couple rethink their decision and stop their plan to move as soon as possible for the foreseeable future. The property in question, for the unversed, spans over 58 acres of land and costs about 7.5 million Euros. A statement from the report read that the two had been looking forward to moving to the area. “Beyonce and Jay-Z buying this plot of land was the talk of the Cotswolds. So many locals were excited about them moving in,” it further shared.The reports also detailed how, because of the season, the area has become prone to flooding and other issues. It was also stated, “It’s a flood-prone area, and that will definitely have put a dampener on proceedings – especially with all the rain we’ve had over the past month.” As of right now, another couple is pursuing the plot of land that Beyoncé and Jay Z had been eyeing in the UK.
