Vice President JD Vance reacted to the viral photo that claimed to be from a restaurant where JD was publicly fighting with his wife Usha Vance. Though the claim came with an ‘allegedly’, the vice president did not waste any time to have some fun at the cost of the fake news peddlers and said: “I always wear an undershirt when I go out in public to have a fight loudly with my wife.“Looks like things are not so good in Republicanistan. Usha is a liberal. Always has been. Apparently they were having argument loud enough to quiet the restaurant. Why is he wearing a tee shirt?” the photo came with this caption from one Thomas Clay Jr. Turns out that this was an old and regurgitated rumor on social media. But it resurfaced at a time when there’s a lot of speculations about the relationship between JD Vance and Usha Vance despite JD putting all the rumors to rest.In an interview with NBC News, JD Vance recently reacted to the rumor mills and said he kind of gets a kick out of it. “With anything in life, you take the good with the bad. You accept that there are some sacrifices and there are some very good things that come along with it, too. But our marriage is as strong as it’s ever been, and I think Usha’s really taken to it, and it’s been kind of cool to see how she’s developed and evolved in this new role,” Vance said. The speculations intensified after JD Vance said he would like his Hindu wife to embrace Christianity. The comment was seen as an insult to Usha Vance’s identity, though Vance clarified later that every true Christian desires the same and he was aware that Usha did not have any intention to convert. Two public appearances of Usha Vance without her wedding ring made the rumor mills work overtime but JD, in the NBC interview, clarified that both of them saw it coming after the first one happened. JD said they were rushing to the White House for an event and after getting into the car, Usha relaized that she had left her rings behind again after having taken a shower. “She was like, ‘Oh, if I don’t go back and get them, there’s going to be some ridiculous psycho who talks about it on social media,’” Vance recalled. “And I was like, let them. It’s not even worth the trip to run back upstairs. So we actually have a little bit of fun with it. And we thought that whole viral social media cycle was kind of funny.”“There are certainly ways in which it’s difficult on the family,” Vance said. “I’m not going to pretend that it isn’t. But it’s the sacrifice that we signed up for,” he said.
