Power demand up nearly 7% in December
NEW DELHI: With intense cold conditions prevailing in northern states, power consumption in Dec 2025 registered nearly 7% growth compared to Dec 2024. The number of electrical units consumed last month stood at 138.4 billion, up from 129.4 billion in Dec 2024.
