During Pink’s stint on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show,’ the Olympic snowboarder accidentally mixed her up with Kelly Clarkson. After asking if she could “make a confession” on the episode, Chloe told Pink, “Growing up, when I was like, 12, 13, I loved listening to your music.” And then, the 25-year-old athlete started singing the chorus of ‘Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),’ but Pink quickly pointed out that it wasn’t her song.
Pink tried to keep it cool for Chloe Kim
“That’s Kelly Clarkson,” she said with a laugh. “But that’s fine ‘cause I’m Kelly Clarkson today.” The Olympic gold medalist was clearly mortified by the gaffe and apologized to Pink, 46, highlighting other songs she liked, including ‘F**kin’ Perfect.’ “Oh, I’m sorry. Oh my gosh,” Chloe said. “Wait guys, I’m so embarrassed. I’m so sorry.”
As Pink continued to laugh and leaned over to hug Chloe, the pro athlete reasoned, “I took a nap before I came on here today and I literally woke up five minutes ago.” She added, “But no, I love your music. I do.”
