Marcellus Wiley is facing serious new allegations. The former NFL Pro Bowler and media personality has been accused of four more cases of sexual assault, adding to earlier claims filed in 2023. The latest filings came in April 2026, as first reported by Rolling Stone and later reviewed by Awful Announcing through court documents. One of the new claims comes from a former co-worker at ESPN. She says Wiley called her to a hotel room in 2009, saying it was for work. Instead, she claims the meeting turned into an assault.Another accuser says she first met Wiley when she was just 13 years old in Buffalo, when he was playing for the Buffalo Bills. She claims he slowly built trust with her and her family over time. Years later, after she turned 18, she says he assaulted her during a trip to Dallas while he was with the Dallas Cowboys. Wiley has denied earlier accusations but has not responded to the latest claims. ESPN has also declined to comment.

The former ESPN staff member shared a detailed account in court documents. She described the moment she went to Wiley’s hotel room, expecting a normal work discussion. Instead, she says the situation quickly became frightening.“When we went to his room, Wiley excused himself to use the bathroom,” she said. “He emerged from the bathroom naked. He pushed me up against the windows of the room so hard I thought they would shatter. I was petrified and believed I was going to be killed.” She continued to describe how she tried to resist and asked him to stop.“I repeatedly pleaded with him to stop and to let me go. He would not. He pushed me face down on the bed and kept me there with my face pressed into the mattress in such a way that I had difficulty breathing, which made me fear for my life. Wiley held me down and masturbated over me until he ejaculated. Only then did he allow me to leave the room.” Her account is one of several now included in the latest filings.Another accuser shared a different but equally troubling story. She says Wiley first noticed her during a school visit in Buffalo when she was 13. Over time, she says he gained her trust by inviting her family to games and spending time with them at his home in Orchard Park. She also said Wiley spoke about his degree from Columbia University, which made her feel he was “respected and trustworthy.”According to her claim, this relationship continued for years. Then, after she turned 18, she says Wiley flew her to Dallas. That is where she alleges the assault took place. She also claims he raised his voice in a way that scared her and pressured her into sex. These new accusations now bring the total number of claims against Wiley to seven. The earlier three were filed in 2023. At that time, Wiley publicly denied the allegations. So far, he has not given any response to the new filings reported in 2026. His wife, Annemarie Wiley, who appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, has also not made any public statement. The case is still developing, and no court decision has been made yet. The filings only present the claims from the accusers, and the legal process is ongoing.
